Full-Size Pallet Buyer FAQs

Yes! We sell full-size liquidation pallets to resellers, small businesses, and anyone interested in purchasing inventory in bulk.

Where do your pallets come from?
We’ve been buying and selling liquidation merchandise for years and only purchase from a small number of trusted sources. This helps us obtain the best-quality pallets available and offer our buyers a solid mix of merchandise. Everything we bring in is completely untouched and raw.

Programs may include Target, Amazon, Walmart, TJ Maxx, TikTok Shop, high-piece-count general merchandise, premium undelivered mail, mystery boxes, and more. Programs and availability are always changing.

Are the pallets manifested?
Approximately 99% of the time, we purchase our pallets blind and unmanifested. Based on our experience, we have found that unmanifested pallets often provide better opportunities and stronger potential margins—but they also involve more risk.

Some pallets will contain all-new overstock, while others may include shelf pulls, store pulls, customer returns, open-box merchandise, or mixed conditions. We will always tell you what type of program each pallet comes from and share all information provided to us. Full transparency is extremely important to us.

What comes on each truckload?
Every truckload is different. We try to bring in a mix of retailer programs, merchandise categories, pallet sizes, and price points to keep our inventory varied.

There is no way to guarantee exactly what will arrive or what will be inside an unmanifested pallet. That unpredictability is part of liquidation buying.

How much do pallets cost?
Most full-size pallets range from approximately $650–$1000. Some may cost more depending on the retailer program, merchandise category, pallet size, and what becomes available through our sources.

How will I know when new pallets arrive?
Incoming truckloads will be announced in our Pallet Plug 614 – Pallet Buyers Facebook group and on the main Pallet Plug 614 Facebook page.

Full-size pallets can sell extremely fast after a truck arrives. All pallets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not place holds without payment.

Can I inspect the pallets before buying?
Yes! You are welcome to walk through our warehouse and look at all available pallets before making a decision.

The tops of our pallets are wrapped to protect the merchandise and keep the buying process fair for everyone. Buyers may view the visible merchandise but may not open, unwrap, dig through, move, touch, or thoroughly inspect the contents before purchasing. Pallets cannot and will not, be cherry-picked.

Can you load my pallet?
Yes! We have a forklift and can assist with loading a full pallet into an appropriate truck or trailer.

Buyers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle along with straps, tarps, and any other equipment needed to secure and protect the load.

If you do not plan to take the merchandise on its original pallet, please bring your own bags, boxes, or totes for transferring the items.

Is delivery available?
Delivery may be available within Central Ohio, depending on the location, pallet size, and our schedule. Delivery arrangements and pricing must be discussed before purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Zelle
Venmo
Cash
Credit or debit cards

Payment is required to reserve a pallet. Unpaid pallets cannot be held.

Are pallet purchases refundable?
All full-pallet purchases are sold as-is and are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits on pallet purchases.

Liquidation can offer incredible wins, but losses can happen too. You will win some and lose some—that’s part of the business. We cannot guarantee that every item will be working, complete, new, or high-value. We also cannot guarantee a specific resale value or profit.

High-value finds are absolutely possible, but buyers should understand the risks and purchase with realistic expectations. Our job is to source carefully, provide honest information, and be as transparent as possible possible about every pallet program we offer.

Does sales tax apply?
Yes. Sales tax applies to all pallet purchases unless the buyer has a valid tax exemption.

Tax-exempt buyers must complete the required exemption form and provide a valid vendor’s license or resale documentation for verification. Please have your documentation available before purchasing.

Is pallet buying right for beginners?

Absolutely—but it’s important to understand the risks before purchasing. You do not need to own a business or have previous pallet-buying experience. We’re happy to explain the different programs and share what we know, but buyers are responsible for researching, processing, testing, and reselling their merchandise. If you’re not ready for a full pallet, you can also shop individual liquidation items throughout our retail store and warehouse.
